Rose has proven to be beneficial in its therapeutic abilities to reduce depression through smell by lowering the hormone cortisol.

Rose oil can lighten acne scars as well as stretch marks and other lesions on the skin. Most commonly used for lessening wrinkles and fine lines.

Rose oil is a very special oil containing many beneficial properties for the skin. Most important it’s hydrating, moisturizing, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory while offering beneficial vitamins including A and C, D, E, and B3. The therapy benefits of this oil are many, these are just a few. 

Just 1 ounce of rose oil contains tens of thousands of rose petals. That’s why buying pure rose oil is very pricey. For approximately 1/8 of an ounce, you’re going to pay around $200 give or take a couple of bucks.

Some hydrosols are made from rose water after the oil is lifted. These hydrosols have benefits and so does rosehip seed oil. There are beneficial uses in both. These options are very affordable.

You can pick a handful of the rose’s petals (do not use the rose petals if bush was sprayed with insecticides) after rinsing well, add the petals to boiling distilled water, ( approximately 8-10 oz of water)  don’t leave on the heat, let cool Then put the mixture in a mason jar and sit in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours next strain mixture, now you can drink the rose water or take the rose water and pour over a stack of the round disk of cotton, making a tonic you can dab on your skin, or a spray bottle you can give yourself a refreshing spritz. Keep these in the refrigerator till ready for use, you should get approximately 2weeks of daily use.

Rose’s also contained fiber. Drinking this infusion can aid in resolving digestive issues, as well as giving you all their other benefits.
